The challenge

The agency built campaign links by hand, each one differently. Nobody knew for sure which ad, page or creative actually drove sales, and data lived in scattered spreadsheets.

What I built

A system where the link is the unit of everything. It's born standardized (client, campaign, media, source, version), freezes the taxonomy when created and connects click, visit and sale. Business rules live in the database, so the dashboard and Kytha read the exact same numbers.

Highlights

  • →Readable short links with full UTMs and batch generation
  • →Performance dashboard: sales, site funnel, creatives and checkouts
  • →Custom domain per client, with DNS walkthrough
  • →Agency admin and client view, isolated at database level
  • →Clicks counted without storing IPs, bots filtered out

How it works

From click to sale
  1. 1clickurl.com.br/…

the visitor clicks the campaign link

  2. 2Redirect 307

resolves the destination with UTMs and logs the click

  3. 3Landing page

a script logs the visit and the checkout click

  4. 4Checkout

receives the UTMs and the visit code

  5. 5Webhook → n8n

the sale arrives, with its signature verified

  6. 6Supabase

sale tied to the visit and the campaign
